ART. 7. THE RIGHTS OF THE PARTY CONCERNED

1. The party concerned has the right to obtain the confirmation of the existence or not of his/her personal data (even though not registered yet) and their communication in an intelligible way


2. The party concerned has the right to obtain information about:
   
   1. he origin of the personal data;
   2. the aim and the modality of the data processing;
   3. the logic dealing with the data processing made through the use of electronic instruments;
   4. the essential data of the owner, of who is responsible and of the representative as in art. 5, comma 2;
   5. the subjects or the subject’s categories to whom the personal data can be communicated or who could know them as designed representative in the territory of the State or delegated.


3. The party concerned has the right to obtain:
   
   1. the update, the adjustment or (when interested), the integration of personal data;
   2. the cancellation, the transformation in an anonymous way or the block of the data that are treated violating the law; those for which the conservation is not necessary are included;
   3. the declaration that the operations dealing with letters a) and b) have been acquainted to the customer as well for what the content regards (except the case when the fulfilment is impossible or requires the use of means which are very disproportionate if compared to the protected right.)


4. The party concerned has the right to oppose (in a complete way or just dealing with some parts):
   
   1. to the data processing of personal data for legitimate reasons, when dealing with reasons related to the scope of the collection of data;
   2. to the data processing of personal data when dealing with the mailing of advertisement, direct selling or for what market researches or commercial promotions concerns.
